Build your career at a firm where your work shapes communities and your growth is never an afterthought.
Why Moon Matz
At a smaller firm, you're not a number. You work directly alongside senior engineers, take on meaningful responsibilities from day one, and see the real impact of your contributions. That's the Moon Matz difference — an environment where mentorship happens naturally, careers advance on merit, and the right people can grow into a shareholder role.
Senior engineers with decades of experience are accessible and invested in your growth. Mentorship here isn't a program — it's how we work.
We promote from within and reward merit. You'll take on broader responsibilities earlier and follow a clear path forward in your career.
