Sr. Mechanical HVAC Designer / Engineer – Project Manager

Description

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for project management, detailed design, drawings and specification preparation, and construction review of HVAC, fire protection, plumbing and drainage, and automation systems (Mechanical Building Services). Key duties include overall project responsibility: detailed investigations, field measurements, report writing, client liaison, multi-disciplinary coordination, construction supervision and contract administration.

Qualifications

 

Professional Engineer licensed to work in Ontario or a Designer with minimum 6 years of Canadian Consulting Engineering experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must. LEED AP, PMP, and proficiency in ACAD are preferred.
