Whitney Block AHU
Whitney Block AHU
Moon-Matz Ltd. was responsible for mechanical engineering services required for the replacement of existing HVAC in the Whitney block.
Mechanical systems include replacement of 3 large Air Handling Units, electrical controls, piping and integration into existing BAS. This facility is a designated heritage building.
White Oaks Swmming Pool
Moon-Matz Ltd. was the prime consultant responsible for architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical upgrades to the White Oaks Swimming Pool for the Town of Oakville.
Mechanical work included the replacement of the sand filter, recirculation pumps, new digital chemical controls, chemical storage tanks, piping, drainage, skimmers, and water heating system.
Peel Regional & Paramedic Services - Administration and Reporting Facility
Mechanical and electrical design for a new ±100,000 sq. ft, multi storey post disaster municipal office complex for the Region of Peel. This facility will serve as the main administration, reporting and operations facility for Paramedic Services. The buildings are comprised of offices, tier 2 data centre, 18 bay vehicle / ambulance storage, cafeteria, training rooms, washrooms and a new stand alone emergency services "satellite" building.
Mechanical systems include HVAC (chilled water / boiler systems, air cooled system for data centre), plumbing & drainage, fire protection (clean agent protection for data centre), gas monitoring and energy recovery.
Transhelp Facility Redevelopment
Complete redevelopment of the Region of Peel Transhelp and PRPS Facility including offices, washrooms, vehicle wash bays, fueling islands, garages and parking lot.
Marineland Splash Park
New Arctic themed Polar Splash Park featuring realistic dolphins, narwals, walruses, sea lions, beluga whales, icebergs, grottos, 10 water slides and 150 themed sprayers and jets.
Teaching Winery Tank System
New incorporation of tanks with heating and cooling systems for Brock University's Cool Climate Oenology and Viticulture Institute in Inniskillin Hall.
Willowbrook Rail Maintenance Facility Rehabilitation
The facility resides on 50 acres of industrial land provides day to day servicing, fueling and storage of GO Transit's rolling stock fleet.
